Return & Refund Policy – No Returns on Edible Goods

At Chili-Pika, customer satisfaction is our priority! Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges on any food items once purchased.


Damages or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

Once reviewed and approved, we will happily replace the affected items or provide a store credit if a replacement is unavailable.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our candy items are edible, they cannot be returned — even if unopened.
This includes:

  • All food or candy products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
